shybox:how do you feel about boot versions of unreleased new songs being played on college radio? I have not done so; new to this and looking for a yay or nay.
StuckInTheMiddle:Any plans of coming down to sacramento,or anywhere in the area, S.F?

Good question shybox...I've been posting the show from March all over the internets. All I've heard is good stuff about the new material, and people asking for more.
ancel145:Did I read somewhere that BA are doing a cover of "Rollercoaster" with Roky? When will I be able to see you live in Denver?

If they sound good, then go for it.
blankbox:Can you tell me about when you were writing the song "The Return". I have been trying to work on lyrics for some songs I'm writing, and "the return" has inspired me a lot. The lyrics are great and there is a strong message behind them. I was just curious if you could give me any thoughts about when you were making this song and what inspired you to write it.

The song's inspired by my childhood. My Dad's a preacher, so I grew up going to church weekly. The idea that Jesus can come back at any time's ingrained in my psyche.
The song's about having to always been on guard because you never know when he'll return. I grew up singing so many church hymns that I think that comes through a bit in this song as well.
nhemlock:I know that this is way down the road, but is there a possibility of yall playing an instore anywhere in Austin in addition to a show upon the release of Phosphene Dream? I'm going to be at UT and I've yet to see yall live, so I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks for the awesome music.

thanks man! I'm not sure yet, but I'd be up for it. Maybe we'll set something up at Waterloo.
jvande7:Dear Angels,
I don't know how you feel about your music being in a video game, but the popular Call of Duty series has a new installment coming out in November 2010 and it's set in the Vietnam war. It would be great if they'd use some of your music (especially from Passover or maybe even Directions). Just a thought. I'm guessing they would have to approach you rather than vice versa, but whatever. Just throwing that out there.
Would you be interested in something like this if the oppurtunity presented itself?
to me it seems like a perfect match. This new game is called "Call of Duty: Black Ops", and as I mentioned it's set in Vietnam during the Vietnam war supposedly. This is THEE most popular video series out there so it would be a great way to get your music into people's ears. Plus it fits so perfectly with the vibe from Passover and even some of the tunes from Direction.s
diedhairbri:Think you'll be making it down to Florida? Specifically Tampa area? Bad Vibrations is truly badass............
jvande7:To the fellow that asked the drug related question...
I think it's probably too personal of a question to ask in this forum. But I'm also curious. I'd kind of like to know what the band dabbles in. Reefer is a given but I wonder if they still trip or what. A lot of folks seem to say "oh I used to do all that shit back in the day but now I just toke herb". That seems to be a popular answer/progression.
The music is what's important here, no doubt. But we are talking about the psych scene so I think it is valid to ask about drugs. Just don't expect an answer... heh.
