I have a copy of The First Vietnamese War single that I’m thinking about selling. This has been on my mind for some time because, frankly, I’m skint, and I don't even own a record player! Now, I’m not sure if it’s worth a great deal, or even if there’s a great demand for the single (it’s available for download from a number of legitimate online retailers), so I was wondering if there was any call for it amongst fans. I know there are a lot of vinyl fetishists out there, but do you all own this already?
I’ve thought about putting it on eBay but I want to know if there’d be any takers before I commit to anything. Of course, if I were to receive a reasonable offer eBay may be completely unnecessary....
I already have a copy, bought it a couple years back for no more than 10 bucks.
Ever since I've bought all the Angels vinyl I've stopped following the values on eBay, however, considering I googled it and can get it for $8.99 plus shipping on Insound, I don't think you'd get much.
I say hold on to it, as it is a nice collector's piece of the band, and when you one day get a record player, which I highly recommend, you will have it.
Selling it unfortunately will not cover much rent, may only get you a Big Mac meal.
yep, my brother in Iowa just found me a copy of it for $7 at some weird incense store. Must have been left over from 2006. Love the version of Nine Years.
That's a good move dom. Once BA really explodes over the next couple of years, this EP will really rake in the bucks. Of course, at that point you won't want to sell it :)
